For their UK tour, Girls Do Gigs in partnered with The Last Dinner Party to create a unique initiative aimed at diversifying photo pits across the country. Through this project, photo passes were provided to talented female and non-binary photographers, giving them the opportunity to document the shows and gain experience in a space that has often been inaccessible to them.

Prior to the tour, a call for applications from photographers who identify as women, non-binary, and other underrepresented groups was made. We reached out to our network and promoted the opportunity through our website, social media channels, and partner organizations to ensure broad visibility.

The Last Dinner Party shares our values around inclusivity and representation in the music industry, making them a perfect partner for this initiative. Together, we worked to ensure that each stop on their UK tour was covered by a diverse group of photographers, allowing them not only to showcase their work but also to access new opportunities for career growth.
